Butterscotch Liqueur Schnapps
The schnapps that is best known in Australia. Most of the butterscotch schnapps available in Australia is quite sweet due to having sugar added. The way in which we get our sweetness is by caramelizing apples so it is smoother as opposed to extremely sweet. It’s fantastic on top of vanilla ice cream, mixes well with coffee or just milk, is best known with Baileys in a drink called a ‘Cowboy’. 18.5% alcohol.
Devil’s Tongue Liqueur Schnapps
If you are game, we have the chilli, herb and apple mix. This schnapps goes extremely well with oysters, very nice over a fresh seafood platter and is magnificent if you nibble dark chocolate and sip. Devil’s Tongue also mixes well in a ‘Bloody Mary’ in place of Tabasco sauce. 18.5% alcohol.
Mango Liqueur Schnapps
Made with mangoes from our northern neighbour, Queensland. Like the fruit our Mango Schnapps is seasonal. It is available during and for a short time after the fruit ripens. It is refreshing over crushed ice, and mixes extremely well with lemon squash or freshly squeezed orange juice, and over the top of an ice cream desert. 18.5% alcohol.

Peach Nectar Liqueur Schnapps
Another of our sweeter varieties. Peach Nectar goes well with Champagne, over the top of deserts, and as a mixer with orange juice in a drink called a ‘Fuzzy Navel’. 18.5% alcohol.
Pear William Liqueur Schnapps
The traditional tasting schnapps, pear being one of the fruits most traditionally made into schnapps. This goes extremely well in between courses as a sorbet style palate cleanser, it also mixes well with lemonade, or as a drink to start or finish a meal. 18.5% alcohol.
Peppermint Native Liqueur Schnapps
A dessert style schnapps, made from native Australian mint and apples. Extremely tasty added to iced or hot chocolate. It is exquisite over the top of ice cream and refreshing over the top of crushed ice on a hot day – an adult slushy/slurpy! You can also mix this schnapps into whipped cream for desserts. 18.5% alcohol.
Pink Lady Apple Liqueur Schnapps
This is distinctly Australian style schnapps, the season being too short in Europe for Pink Lady Apples to grow. They were developed in Western Australia so it is “Australia’s Apple”. A sweeter variety that mixes well with Champagne, extremely tasty over the top of sponge deserts. 18.5% alcohol.
Raspberry Liqueur Schnapps
Our Raspberry Schnapps is the ‘signature’ schnapps of Wildbrumby. We use our own home grown raspberries: from fruit to glass it is made totally on our own property. It is extremely tasty on it’s own or over crushed ice, and adding a shot to a glass of beer is an experience not to be missed. 18.5% alcohol. Available for a limited time only.
Sour Apple Liqueur Schnapps
Granny Smith apples and pickled lemons. Very popular in the mountain regions of Europe as a drink on its own, it also mixes well with soda, mineral or tonic water and is quite refreshing over ice on a hot day and sipped. 18.5% alcohol.
Sour Cherry Liqueur Schnapps
Made from snowy mountains sour cherrys with a tang that will make you wink. 18.5% alcohol.

Grappa Premium Schnapps
The ‘Italian’ style shot, made from viognier grapes, this is a 45% fiery sipper. 45% alcohol.
Obstler Premium Schnapps
This takes us to the traditional taste of the Austrian mountains. Ideal as a quick warm up drink after a hard day of snow sports. And it’s ideal as a before dinner aperitif or after dinner digestif. 40% alcohol.
Pink Lady Apple Premium Schnapps
The season is too short in Europe to produce Pink Ladys. These Batlow apples make a smooth Australian schnapps. 40% alcohol. Limited run.

Shaw & Smith – Chardonnay Spirit
Made from Shaw & Smith Chardonnay this fine varietal spirit is distilled by Thredbo Valley Distillery. Inspired by the European tradition of winemakers distilling for friends and family.
